About the Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to be part of an organisation dedicated to nation-building renewable energy projects that will provide on-demand energy and large-scale storage for many Australians.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager - HumeLink, to be accountable and responsible for once-in-a-generation projects critical to the energy transition.

The role will deliver the project management function for a portion of the project to ensure the works are delivered on time, within budget, to the specified standards, in accordance with Transgrid's policies and procedures.

The project management function will include management and coordination of all project activities related to their section of the project including, project governance and assurance, risk management, and project tracking and reporting.

About You
  • Tertiary qualifications at degree level in engineering or a relevant discipline
  • High-level business and commercial acumen
  • Significant proven experience in project delivery
  • Significant experience in contract management and negotiation
  • Highly collaborative and decisive behaviour style
  • High-level ability to think outside the box and drive change
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

We estimate the salary for this position to be approximately AU$150,000 per annum, based on industry standards and the location of Wagga Wagga, Yass, Sydney, or Newcastle.
