Senior Financial Manager Position

The role encompasses a range of responsibilities including but not limited to:
- Manage and review financial statements for accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely completion.
- Maintain compliance with statutory requirements and collaborate with external auditors as needed.
- Monitor and manage cash flow, forecasting, and budgeting to support strategic financial planning.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in financial operations.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the accounting team, fostering professional growth and development.
- Collaborate with other departments to support business objectives and inform financial decision-making.
- Prepare and present detailed financial reports to senior management.
A successful candidate will have:
- Tertiary qualifications in accounting or finance.
- Professional certifications such as CA or CPA.
- Strong technical knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in financial systems and software, particularly Excel.
- Proven ability to manage teams and deliver results in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
