About The Role

This is a rare opportunity for a collaborative leader to make a lasting mark on our school's public identity and reputation nationally and globally. You will be responsible for shaping our school's vision, developing integrated strategies, and strengthening connections with parents, alumni, donors, and partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance reputation, enrolment, engagement, and philanthropic support.
  • Team Management: Lead and develop a high-performing team across marketing, communications, admissions, events, alumni relations, philanthropy, and archives.
  • Event Planning: Deliver inspiring events that capture imagination, pride, and participation.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Strengthen connections with parents, alumni, donors, and partners through effective stakeholder engagement and relationship management.

This role requires a proven track record in relevant domains, including strategic leadership, team management, event planning, and stakeholder engagement.   • Financial planning, budgeting, and operational oversight experience at a senior level.
