Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Student Living's response to reported incidents or community concerns by employing high-level problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborate with students to understand the impact of their actions on others and support a Restorative Practice framework focused on community restoration.
  • Effectively manage team members to ensure their practice of supporting the community is successful.
  • Evaluate incident and community concern management processes and develop strategies to enhance them.
  • Apply strong stakeholder management skills to refer students to relevant departments for effective and timely support.

This role requires a valid Working with Children Check and Australian residency or a valid work permit.
