Job Opportunity:

As a senior clinical leader, you will oversee the management of maternity and gynaecology services. Your key objective is to deliver high-quality patient care while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert clinical care across general obstetrics and gynaecology
  • Develop departmental strategies and lead quality initiatives
  • Oversee workforce development, risk management, and governance
  • Supervise and mentor junior doctors and medical students
  • Collaborate with academic partners on teaching, training, and research projects
Requirements:
  • Fellowship of RANZCOG
  • Eligibility for specialist registration with AHPRA
  • Proven leadership experience in a clinical or academic O&G setting
  • Strong commitment to multidisciplinary collaboration and service excellence
  • Passion for mentoring and supporting junior clinicians
