About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clinical Research Assistant to support our research operations at Icon Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and conducting administrative tasks associated with clinical trials, including collecting and processing samples, preparing trial documentation, and managing investigator site files.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect, process, and dispatch samples and other materials required by clinical research protocols.
  • Prepare patient visit requirements, assist in appointment scheduling, and external hospital liaison for tissue requirements or medical information.
  • Provide support to research staff in relation to clinical trial administration tasks.
  • Manage investigator site files and essential documents as per GCP.
  • Facilitate the attributable, legible, contemporaneous, original, and accurate collection of source data.

About You:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. Relevant undergraduate degree in health sciences, nursing, or allied health field or working towards one of these qualifications is mandatory. Experience in pathology and laboratory processing is beneficial but not mandatory. Mandatory Requirements:
  • Relevant undergraduate degree in health sciences, nursing, or allied health field or working towards one of these qualifications.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite and database management.
