Job Opportunity

The Dealership Administrator plays a vital role in the success of the business. This individual supports the Operations Manager and wider business by providing day-to-day assistance with administration tasks, managing vehicle sales, disposals, and yard operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with contract preparation, invoicing, record-keeping, and data management
  • Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and cooperation
  • Manage documents, reports, and photographs related to vehicle disposal and maintenance
  • Perform pre-disposal inspections and assist with data analysis and storage
  • Coordinate vehicle maintenance, repairs, and disposal
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of fleet management and maintenance principles (desirable)
  • Previous experience in motor vehicle sales or dealership environment (desirable)
  • Understanding of Transport registration and compliance requirements
  • Good mechanical knowledge and aptitude
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
