eCommerce Coordinator Job Description

The eCommerce Coordinator is a pivotal role within our organization, responsible for ensuring seamless online store operations and effective product content management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily online store operations to provide an exceptional customer experience
  • Coordinate with partners and suppliers to gather, update, and optimize product content, including imagery, copy, and specifications
  • Efficiently process internal B2B orders and communicate effectively with stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the customer service and warehouse teams to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Support marketing initiatives and track online performance to inform business decisions
About You

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual who:

  • Demonstrated success in a similar fast-paced role with previous experience in retail and apparel
  • Has expertise in Shopify Plus or similar platforms
  • Achieves proficiency in Microsoft Excel, specifically with VLOOKUP functions
  • Possesses strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
  • Cultivates cross-functional collaboration with multiple teams
  • Demonstrates excellent time management, planning, and prioritization skills with attention to detail
  • Is adaptable to flexible working arrangements
