Electrical Field Services Specialist

As an Electrical Field Services Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and technical expertise to our clients. You will work on a variety of projects, from small installations to large-scale upgrades, utilizing your knowledge of HV cable systems and jointing, terminations up to 245kV.

Your primary focus will be on providing hands-on support to our customers, including running product demos, training sessions, and troubleshooting complex HV challenges on-site. You will also contribute to tenders and support project delivery, working closely with our sales team to identify opportunities and develop solutions.

We are seeking an individual with a solid understanding of HV cables, jointing, terminations, and a proven ability to troubleshoot and solve real-world problems. If you have experience in LV systems or product management, that would be a bonus

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Solid understanding of HV cables, jointing, terminations up to 245kV

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
