About The Role

As a Supervisor, your day will include:

- Managing daily operations and store execution with the Chocolate Café Manager.

- Leading by example and driving memorable guest experiences.

- Ensuring all standards are upheld.

- Working with the Chocolate Café Manager on people-related tasks, including training, development, and coaching.

- Building morale and team spirit through fostering a work environment where Team Member input is encouraged and valued.

About You

To be successful as a Supervisor, you'll have:

- Previous supervisor/management experience of at least one year.

- Exceptional customer service skills.

- Ability to lead and effectively communicate with a team.

- A can-do attitude and passion for hospitality.
