Our expertise spans the use of cathodic protection to protect steel structures, including pipelines, wharves, jetties, storage tanks, and offshore assets.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Corrosion Technician to join our New South Wales Team.

While experience in this field is highly regarded, it's not essential. We welcome individuals with a strong background in cathodic protection or related fields who are eager to learn and grow with us.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting field audits, pipeline surveys (DCVG/CIPS), routine testing, installation, and maintenance
  • Commissioning cathodic protection systems
  • Troubleshooting and diagnosing issues and implementing necessary repairs and improvements
  • Maintaining accurate records of all work performed and submitting detailed reports

Requirements:

  • Australian Citizenship, Permanent Residency, or equivalent working rights in Australia
  • Previous experience in cathodic protection, corrosion control, or a related field is highly regarded
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and techniques
  • Computer and software skills, including Microsoft Office
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various job sites

Estimated Annual Salary: AU$70,000 - AU$90,000 per annum
