**The Role**:
We are seeking a skilled Planner / Scheduler to join our dynamic Infrastructure Solutions team based out of our Regents Park office.

**Responsibilities**
- **Maintain and Update P6/MS Contract Program**: Collaborate with Project Managers (PMs) to keep the P6/MS contract program up-to-date for multiple projects.
- **3-Week Lookahead Program**: Create and update the 3-week lookahead program, both for internal targets and contract requirements.
- **Progress Determination**: Assess progress based on completed site activities, ensuring accurate quantity and man-hour reporting.
- **Assist PM in Reporting**: Support the Project Manager in preparing internal and client reports, including program updates, S-curve analysis, tracking delays, and identifying any extension of time (EOT) requirements.
- **Project Progress Reporting**: Regularly report to the Project Manager on project progress, time management, cost control, and contractual deliverables.
- **Client Document Control**: Ensure compliance with client document control requirements.

**Qualifications/Experience**
- **Proficiency in MS Project and P6**: Demonstrated expertise in using both MS Project and P6 software.
- **On-Site Involvement**: Willingness to actively participate in on-site execution activities, including site walks with the Site team to verify progress and program updates.
- **Experience**: Minimum of **5 years** of Planning/Scheduling experience in a similar role within the construction, mining, or resources sector.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, coupled with strong interpersonal abilities.
