Job Opportunity: Insurance Services Specialist

This is a highly regarded opportunity to support a team of professionals in a hybrid role that offers flexibility to work from home or our office. As an insurance services specialist, you will provide administration support regarding client insurance needs and communicate with clients via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to account specialists regarding client insurance needs.
  • Communicate with clients via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings.
  • Participate in pre-renewal, renewal, and post-renewal activities.
  • Prepare, lodge, and invoice insurance policies.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships.

Key Qualifications

  • Possession of Tier 1 insurance qualification or willingness to achieve it upon commencement.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Experience in general insurance products and administration is highly regarded.
