Lead the Way at Guardian Clayfield

We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Room Leader to join our team. As a key member of our centre, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes the physical, emotional, and social development of young children.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role and make a real impact in the lives of our children and families. You will be part of a collaborative and supportive team that values creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of educators to deliver high-quality programs that meet the needs of children from birth to six years old
  • Develop and implement educational programs that promote learning and development through play-based activities
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment that supports the well-being of children and staff
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to foster a sense of community and belonging

Requirements
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification
  • Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
  • Availability to work between 7am-6pm, Monday to Friday, with a rotating roster
