About the Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional professional to join our team as a Partner, focused on Project Planning and Approvals in Sydney NSW, Australia. The successful candidate will combine strong consulting, technical, delivery and client skills to foster and expand a network of excellent client relationships by driving outcomes that create tangible value for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage an approvals and planning team to secure major project approvals for clients in the renewable (wind farms, solar, hydrogen etc), mining, infrastructure and industrial space.
  • Lead environmental assessment projects and related approvals management in support of our clients' capital project delivery.
  • Build, grow, and manage a high-performance team, serving as a leader and mentor to consultants.
  • Support the growth and development of our Capital Project Delivery service area and actively collaborate with colleagues across the nation and globe.
  • Drive innovation within the technical community to stay ahead of client needs and to differentiate us in the market.
  • Work in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment to build our business, as well as to lead client and technical teams.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills, with experience in environmental approvals and impact assessments for renewable energy, mining, infrastructure and/or industrial sector clients.
