Customer Service Representative

We're looking for a passionate and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our store team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive shopping experience for our customers.

You'll actively engage with customers by sharing your knowledge and passion for our products, and create special moments that will leave a lasting impression. You'll also be an advocate for our loyalty programs, ensuring customers are aware of the benefits and product offerings.

Maintaining a safe and clean environment is essential, as well as upholding our service standards for alcohol sales. You'll work autonomously and as part of a team to achieve our goals, and have the opportunity to expand your product knowledge and develop your skills.
