Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Forestry and Sustainability Leader to head up the establishment of our new forestry site in East Gippsland. The successful candidate will have a passion for sustainability, environmental conservation, and regenerative practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project manage the establishment of the first stage of our new forestry site
  • Develop a pipeline of sites suitable for forestry, biodiversity, and carbon development projects across Australia
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years experience working as a Carbon and Forestry Manager or in a similar position
  • A Bachelor Degree or higher in Forestry, Environmental Science, Planning, Agriculture, and/or Soil Science
  • Exceptional project management skills and experience managing in a process driven corporate environment
  • Outstanding communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
