As a Teacher Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our dedicated teaching staff and enriching the learning experiences of our students. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting teachers in the preparation and delivery of engaging lesson plans and educational activities.
  • Providing one-on-one or small group support to students who need extra guidance or assistance.
  • Maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and learning.
  • Collaborating with teachers and other staff members to ensure a seamless and effective educational experience.
  • Monitoring student progress and providing feedback to teachers and parents.

Experience working with students with diverse needs and the ability to work in a team environment would be advantageous.

Catholic Education in Tasmania requires the preferred applicant to be subject to employment screening.
