Clinical Nursing Leadership Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to lead our care team in providing exceptional support to residents. The successful candidate will have a strong clinical background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to develop and implement resident care plans that meet individual needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, deliver, and evaluate resident care plans to ensure high-quality care is provided
  • Liaise with medical professionals, allied health workers, and residents' family members to advocate for clients' quality of life
  • Supervise and support Personal Care Workers to ensure consistent and effective delivery of care
  • Practice holistic nursing, using critical decision-making skills to guide the team

Requirements:

  • Previous registered nursing experience in aged or community care, or a passion to begin a career in this sector
  • Strong clinical knowledge and leadership skills
