Job Profile

As a member of the Deal Advisory Tax team, you will be working on high-profile transactions in the Australian market.

Clients span across various sectors including Real Estate, Private Equity and Infrastructure.

You will collaborate with clients on diverse transactions across our national practice.

  • Tax planning and advisory services, focusing on inbound investment structures and taxation of trusts / Managed Investment Trusts
  • Tax due diligence and review of transaction documents
  • Support clients with tax compliance, including preparing/reviewing trust and company tax returns
  • Conduct research and analysis of technical tax issues
  • Correspondence with ATO and FIRB related to transactions
  • Participate in business development initiatives and proposal support
  • Mentor and develop teams
