Job Title: Talent Acquisition Partner

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR / TA Partner to join our team on a 4-month contract.

This role requires an Australian Citizen due to the nature of the work. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in HR and Talent Acquisition roles, with a strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Provide HR support and advice to employees and managers, ensuring compliance with employment legislation.
  • Assist with HR projects and initiatives as required.

About You:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Australian Citizenship is a must due to the nature of the work.
  • Experience in Government / Defense highly regarded.
