South Australia PoliceJob reference: 679173Location: 5000 - ADELAIDEJob status: Short Term ContractEligibility: Open to EveryoneTerm, full-time vacancy up to 30/06/2026The Security and Emergency Management Service (SEMS) is responsible for SAPOL's Communication Centre, emergency management, event planning, and security advice.The Talent Acquisition Partner will contribute to the successful delivery of a transformational change project within SEMS by attracting and sourcing talent for the Communications Group.The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for developing and implementing a best practice attraction and retention program whilst undertaking and coordinating the full end-to-end recruitment activities for the Triple 000 and 131444 Call Centres.
The role is responsible for the attraction and retention of skilled employees.
The role will provide timely advice to a range of stakeholders on best practice recruitment strategies.
This includes working closely with individuals and teams across SAPOL to prepare and support them with changes associated with implementation of modernised recruitment activities.
