About the Role

As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce across our ANZ Supply Chain and Operations teams.

Having ownership of the Supply Chain and Operations portfolio, you'll manage end-to-end recruitment, lead high-volume hiring campaigns, and partner with stakeholders to deliver exceptional talent outcomes.

Key Responsibilities Include
  • Lead the full recruitment lifecycle for Supply Chain and Operations roles across ANZ
  • Manage high-volume hiring and seasonal campaigns, including assessment centres
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR to define role requirements and selection strategies
  • Deliver a seamless and engaging experience for candidates and hiring managers
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies and build proactive talent pools
  • Conduct market research to inform recruitment strategies and workforce planning
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and employment legislation
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to anticipate and meet hiring needs
  • Contribute to strategic talent acquisition projects and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Maintain accurate records and support recruitment reporting and analytics
About Your Experience

You're a recruitment professional with a passion for people and the desire to drive process improvement and add value to your Supply Chain & Operations portfolio.

You'll also be able to demonstrate:

  • 3–5 years' experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally in both high-volume and specialist roles
  • Proven experience managing assessment centres (essential)
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills
  • The ability to juggle competing priorities and meet deadlines with ease
  • A proactive, results-driven mindset and a collaborative approach
  • Experience in internal recruitment and/or agency environments
  • Willingness to travel regionally as required (must have valid Drivers License)
