Head of Human Resources at a construction company has an exciting opportunity for a Contracts Administrator to join their team. This role is about ensuring projects run smoothly and according to plan, financially and contractually.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and let contracts to subcontractors and suppliers to maintain the construction schedule.
  • Assist in the administration of subcontractor performance against the scope of works and construction program.
  • Ensure timely assessment and processing of subcontractor payment claims and supplier invoices.
  • Prepare and assist in maintaining cost control forecasts and project financial reporting.
  • Prepare head contract payment claims and client correspondence.
  • Procure subcontractors and suppliers by reviewing tender designs and preparing scope and technical documentation.
  • Coordinate activities and tasks associated with planning and programming.
  • Assist in establishing and monitoring procurement programs and off-site activity schedules.
What We're Looking For:
  • A degree in Construction Management or a related field.
  • 3–5 years' experience as a Contracts Administrator, ideally on large-scale projects.
  • Sharp communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to work with diverse stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Sydney's construction market is an advantage.
