Job Overview

This is a high-profile position for a senior professional to lead their sustainability initiatives.

The successful candidate will have expertise in environmental management systems and contribute significantly to the company's sustainability objectives.

The role involves leading consulting services, delivering projects on time, and driving industry-leading best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing sustainability strategies across Green Star, WELL, NABERS, Nat HERS, and Climate Active frameworks
  • Providing technical expertise in building physics and sustainable design principles
  • Maintaining effective relationships with clients and stakeholders

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 4+ years' experience in ESD consulting in the Australian market
  • RPEQ or willingness to obtain Accreditations in Green Star, NABERS, WELL, Climate Active preferred
  • Technical knowledge of thermal/energy modelling software and sustainability frameworks (e.g., ISC, ESG, GRI)
  • Strong understanding of Australian carbon reporting, climate risk, and adaptation planning
