The Clinical Sterilisation Operations Lead is responsible for overseeing the Central Sterilising Services Department (CSSD), ensuring high-quality sterilisation services are provided to clinical areas.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage the operational, financial, and human resources aspects of the Sterilising Services Department.
- Develop a culture that prioritises quality, continuous improvement, employee engagement, and development within the department.
- Provide guidance on best practices in sterilisation to deliver excellent service to clinical areas.
- Collaborate with other departments to support their sterilisation needs.
- Proven knowledge of CSSD processes and operations.
- Ability to manage work priorities effectively to adapt to changing workflow demands.
- Leadership experience in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows environment.
