Project Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to strengthen our team on challenging projects in the civil infrastructure sector.

Civil and mining construction companies often require experienced project managers to oversee complex civil works. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for project governance, including OHS, HR/Employee Relations, cost control, project analysis, and weekly reporting.

About the Role

This is a key role that requires a strong focus on ensuring contractual obligations are met while maximizing project outcomes for positive client results.

As a successful Project Manager at our company, you will lead successful project delivery, maintain strong client relationships, and contribute to business growth and sustainability.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need a Degree in Civil Engineering or similar, be willing to travel and work away from home, and possess a passion for your career.

  • A proven track record of delivering successful projects within the roads, mining, and civil infrastructure sectors;
  • Honed skills in financial management, forecasting, and procurement;
  • Experience in tender methodology, contractual agreements, claims preparation, and dispute management;
  • A strong ability to coordinate projects to achieve success in time, cost, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction;
  • Demonstrated success in leading, managing, and motivating teams;
  • A strong safety focus and flexibility to operate on large projects or between numerous smaller projects;
  • The ability to identify key issues and problems and select the best choice among alternatives;
  • Confidence in making proactive decisions and taking action reflective of business objectives.
