Job Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Housekeeping Operations Manager to lead our Housekeeping team in providing a world-class experience to guests.

This is a full-time opportunity that requires a high level of attention to detail and excellent leadership skills to ensure all staff are following policies and procedures, and operational requirements are being met.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Supervise Housekeeping Staff
  • Clean and supervise the servicing of guest cabins, including bathrooms, kitchens, and floors
  • Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of all areas of the Lodge, including reception and restaurant areas
  • Ensure all cabins are fully stocked with guest amenities
  • Manage inventory and ordering of cleaning products and equipment
  • Implement safety protocols and report maintenance and incident issues
  • Develop and maintain procedure checklists and housekeeping standards
