Construction Animation Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Construction Animation Specialist to join our innovative team. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality construction animations that support major bid submissions and strategic presentations.

About the Role:
  • Leading the creation of high-resolution construction animations using advanced software.
  • Developing animation strategies aligned with bid and project objectives.
  • Collaborating with planners, engineers, and bid teams to visualize construction sequencing and logistics.
  • Establishing governance frameworks and best practices for animation workflows.
  • Mentoring junior team members and driving innovation in animation techniques.

About You:

  • A strong communicator with proven leadership in animation strategy and workflow governance.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in 3D animation, with at least 3 years in construction or VDC environments.
  • Advanced proficiency in animation tools; expertise in Blender is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong understanding of construction sequencing and VDC principles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Animation, Digital Media, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Certifications in VDC, BIM, or animation software.
  • Familiarity with project scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 and MS Project.
