Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to fill the role of Patient Care Specialist in our regional health team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care, work collaboratively with healthcare professionals, and contribute to the delivery of excellent patient outcomes.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Patient Care Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing timely and efficient catering, cleaning, and general housekeeping services within our health unit;
- Preparing and serving food, as well as handling laundry tasks with precision;
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and optimal patient satisfaction;
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in patient care and customer service;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- An ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
