About the Role
  • We are seeking highly skilled mechanical fitters and electricians to join our team in Queensland.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment and systems for emergency repairs and carry out preventive maintenance inspections.
  • Improve workforce productivity by eliminating potential delays through technical support and fault finding of mechanical issues.
  • Partner with others on shift to provide solutions to production issues.
  • Active participation in continuous improvement and ad-hoc projects.

The successful applicant will be responsible for troubleshooting and diagnosing equipment and systems, carrying out preventive maintenance inspections and improving workforce productivity.

About You
  • Australian Trade Certificate and Qualification.
  • Proven experience in industrial settings, ideally in manufacturing environments.
  • PLC fault finding & SCADA knowledge (preferred for automation roles).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and P&ID's.
