Customer Service Professional

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Professional.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Assist in maintaining store displays, visual merchandising, and product knowledge.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Demonstrated sales experience with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Experience working with KPIs and contributing to a high-performing team environment.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and late trading hours according to business needs/peak trade periods.
