Job Title: Senior Dental Support Role

Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled dental assistant to step up into a leadership support role. You will be working closely with the Centre Leader and supported by a regional team and expert Head Office departments.

The ideal candidate will have experience in dental assisting, leadership skills, and a strong work ethic. You will be responsible for assisting with reception, chairside, and sterilisation duties, as well as helping to lead the day-to-day running of the centre.

You will also be involved in managing stock, assisting with financial reporting and rostering, and supporting your team with leadership, guidance, and training. Additionally, you will be expected to ensure compliance, safety, and exceptional patient experiences.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Dental experience essential, leadership experience desirable
  • Cert III or IV in Dental Assisting (or equivalent knowledge)
  • Confidence in ability to support and guide others
  • A warm, approachable communication style
  • Commitment to excellence, teamwork, and reliability
