The Opportunity:

We're looking for a skilled Scheduler with at least 2 years' experience in residential construction to join our Scheduling Team in Osborne Park. If you love detail, thrive on structure and want to play a key role in bringing dream homes to life - this role is for you.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and maintain project schedules using internal systems
  • Generate accurate Bills of Quantities from the company Price Book
  • Coordinate with suppliers and departments for timely material orders
  • Monitor department performance and support build targets
  • Analyse cost controls and assist in invoice approvals
  • Troubleshoot scheduling issues and escalate when needed
What You'll Bring:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar scheduling role
  • A solid understanding of residential construction processes
  • Strong time management, organisation and problem-solving skills
  • Great communication and teamwork mindset
  • Data build and Microsoft Excel experience (highly regarded)
