Job Summary

We are seeking a Scheduler to join our team.

This role will involve developing and managing build programs for project and custom homes, as well as liaising with supervisors, trades, suppliers and clients to maintain timelines.

The successful candidate will have strong organisational and communication skills, and be proficient in Databuild and Client Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage build programs for project and custom homes.
  • Update and track progress across multiple sites.
  • Liaise with supervisors, trades, suppliers and clients to maintain timelines.
  • Identify and address potential delays before they impact delivery.
  • Provide regular reporting to the Operations Manager on project status.

  • Previous scheduling experience in residential construction (project or custom).
