This role is based at our Support Office in Melbourne.

About the Role:

  1. We are seeking a Marketing Assistant to plan and execute global marketing campaigns that support new collection releases, license collaborations, and retail events.
  2. The ideal candidate will manage charity partnerships, activities, and asset creation, supporting PR campaigns with product ordering, packing, and mailouts.
  3. Responsibilities also include monitoring and responding to customers and fans across global marketing and customer service inboxes, executing fan competitions across both retail and online channels, and supporting local area marketing activities and new store openings.
  4. The successful candidate will conduct weekly, monthly, and seasonal reporting, including competitor analysis and brand surveys.

Requirements:

  • A tertiary qualification in a marketing-related field is essential.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable.
  • The successful candidate will be passionate about the audience, brand, and product range, possessing excellent customer service skills and teamwork abilities.
  • Creativity and adaptability in a fast-paced environment are key requirements, as is strong organizational and time management skills.
