Job Opportunity: Experienced Payroll Officer

A well-established organization is seeking a seasoned payroll professional to oversee the coordination and processing of weekly payrolls, as well as assist in monthly superannuation payments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordination and processing of bi-weekly and monthly payrolls
  • Assist in quarterly and annual reconciliation processes
  • Provide support for employee onboarding and offboarding procedures
  • Collaborate with management to implement strategic initiatives related to payroll administration
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Proven ability to work accurately under pressure with tight deadlines
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
