Event Coordinator Position

We are seeking a seasoned Event Coordinator who can deliver exceptional event experiences for clients. This dynamic role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced, customer-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client relationships and generate leads for events.
  • Maintain effective communication with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders.

  • Coordinate dining enquiries, bookings, prepayments, and guest requests.
About the Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 12 months of experience in sales, event management, or FOH dining operations.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and professional written and verbal communication.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and previous experience using reservation systems.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple events under pressure.
  • Thorough knowledge of food and beverage services.
