About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Employment Services Site Manager to manage our site in Wantirna South on a full-time, permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Employment Coaches and oversee the coordination and delivery of job placements to participants.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders to enhance service delivery.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of employment services programs.
  • Work collaboratively with Regional and Site Managers to maximise the performance of Employment Services contracts.
  • Provide supervision, coaching, and training to employees to ensure high-quality services.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance service delivery.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators and outcomes of employment services.
About You

We are looking for a self-motivated and compassionate leader with a passion for helping individuals find employment. You will be highly organised, enjoy creating a positive working environment, and have the ability to apply your leadership skills, manage change, and innovate in service.

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • Proven capability of leading a successful driven team.
  • Previous experience in Employment, Community Services, or Business Services Management or a related field.
  • The ability to plan, manage, and monitor outcomes, targets, and budgets.
  • Well-developed problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritise competing demands.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop effective cross-cultural relationships and be respectful and responsive to the needs, values, and experiences of others.
  • Knowledge of Government Employment Services, contractual requirements, and KPIs, and Health and Safety legislation.
