Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Operational Supervisor to oversee daily office operations, implement efficient administrative procedures, and coordinate internal workflows to ensure seamless service delivery.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day office activities and internal systems
  • Develop, review, and maintain administrative processes
  • Coordinate and monitor workflow efficiency across teams
  • Allocate resources and manage team rosters effectively
  • Maintain accurate asset registers and office supplies inventory
  • Monitor expenditure and prepare comprehensive cost reports
  • Ensure workplace health and safety compliance and document relevant procedures
  • Liaise with stakeholders and manage internal communication
  • Oversee document control for artwork and production files
  • Assist with payroll processing and personnel coordination

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in office management or operations
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office software
  • Prior experience in customer service or client communication is advantageous
