Job Title: CAD Administrator

We are seeking an experienced CAD Administrator to join our Perth based support team.

  • Attending to CAD requests logged into a helpdesk system, including general CAD administration
  • In-depth technical support (Troubleshooting)
  • Expert Support (Software development)
  • Outside support (dealing with software vendors)
  • Build and deploy CAD machines

The Expertise You'll Bring

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a comparable role
  • Solid Knowledge of drafting principles in 2D and 3D CAD systems
  • Previous experience in a CAD support role
  • Experience with the administration of the Bentley suite of products, among others, OpenBuildings designer CE, ProjectWise, Openplant Modeler CE, Openplant Isometrics Manager CE, OpenPlant P&ID CE, etc.
  • Solid understanding of Bentley product workspaces, ProjectWise integration and managed workspaces
  • MicroStation VBA
  • Sound knowledge of Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office
  • Experience with ProjectWise integration into MS products
  • Good time management skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to prioritise tasks to minimise project team downtime
  • Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with the Autodesk suite of products (desirable)
