Job Overview

We are currently recruiting for an experienced CAD Administrator to join our team.

  • Provide CAD support (predominately for Bentley products) in multi-discipline engineering and drafting fields, for the Company's international and site offices
  • Attend to CAD support requests logged into a helpdesk system, including:
  • General CAD administration (Initial contact)
  • In-depth technical support (Troubleshooting)
  • Expert Support (Software development)
  • Outside support (dealing with software vendors)
  • Build and deploy CAD machines

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support multi-discipline engineering and drafting teams
  • Respond to CAD support requests, providing assistance with software troubleshooting, setup, and optimization
  • Develop and maintain CAD workspaces and project delivery processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and technologies

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong knowledge of 2D and 3D CAD systems and principles
  • Previous experience in a CAD support role or related field
  • Experience with the administration of the Bentley suite of products among others
  • Good time management skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks to minimize project downtime
