Marketing Leadership Role

Our organisation seeks a results-driven Marketing Director to lead integrated digital campaigns, drive growth and strengthen commercial relationships.

This strategic role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including email, social media, SEO and paid advertising. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop mid to long-term marketing strategies to deliver on direct response marketing goals
  • Lead the strategy and execution of direct response marketing across various digital channels
  • Build high-performing, cost-efficient campaigns focused on ROI and continuous optimisation
  • Collaborate closely with creative, content, analytics and data teams to align audience segmentation, messaging and testing frameworks
  • Own marketing performance reporting and insights, using data to inform budget allocations and strategic pivots
  • Manage external agency relationships to ensure high-impact delivery and best-in-class media performance
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business or Communications
  • Strong understanding of marketing platforms and decision-making processes
  • Skilled in marketing briefing, quality assurance and performance optimisation
  • Able to connect data and insights directly to creative, targeting and messaging strategies
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
Experience and Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in digital marketing and performance-led strategy, with senior-level experience in cross-functional leadership
  • Proven ability to develop high-impact campaigns across multiple digital channels and platforms
  • Commercially savvy with experience in building new business pipelines and presenting strategic growth plans
  • Strong communicator with the ability to manage stakeholders and day-to-day teams
