Functions Manager Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused individual to lead the seamless delivery of weddings, private events, and corporate functions.

  • Liaising with clients to understand their event requirements and delivering exceptional service is key in this role.
  • Candidates must have excellent coordination skills to oversee event logistics, including venue layout, catering, audiovisual requirements with suppliers, clients, and our kitchen and front of house teams.
  • The successful Functions Manager will be responsible for leading, supporting, and motivating the functions team to bring each event to life and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • This role involves monitoring and reporting on event performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies for success.
