About the Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead our community program in improving mental health and well-being.

This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional to make a real impact on the growth and delivery of our program, benefiting clients who are part of our community services.

Main Responsibilities
  • Supervise and oversee the team responsible for delivering our community program.
  • Establish and maintain a collaborative work environment, fostering strong relationships within the team.
  • Promote partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance service provision.
  • Manage allocated resources, assist with fundraising, and grant writing initiatives.
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies to ensure a safe work environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Diploma qualification (Degree preferred).
  • Experience in managing community programs.
  • Staff supervision, performance management, budget development, and financial skills.
  • Able to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Current Driver's License.
