Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Mortgage Broker to join our team in South Brisbane. As a key member of our mortgage broking team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, sourcing leads, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in our marketing initiatives to generate new leads;
- Convert leads from referrals by our Moneywise Global Financial Advice and Tax teams into successful transactions;
- Provide exceptional customer service to our current clients and FCTG staff;
- Maximise internal and external referral opportunities.
- Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (FNS40815);
- Accredited Mortgage Broker with minimum 2 years broking experience;
- FBAA / MFAA Accredited.
To succeed in this role, you must be a qualified Mortgage Broker with a minimum of 2 years' experience in residential mortgage broking. Candidates with current accreditation with major lenders and proven experience in closing high volumes of business within the mortgage broking industry will be highly regarded.
BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary starting from $70,000 p.a., plus commission and superannuation. In addition, you will enjoy:
- A guaranteed minimum salary equivalent to $80,000 p.a. for the first 6 months of employment;
- Uncapped ongoing commission earnings;

- Support via our outsourcing partners to assist with application completion and lodgement.
