Mobile Plant Equipment Operator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mobile Plant Equipment Operator to join our team.

The successful applicant will be responsible for operating mobile plant equipment including Bobcats, Rollers, and Pavers. This will involve performing pre-start checks, reporting mechanical faults, and working flexible hours including day and night shifts with potential overtime.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate mobile plant equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Perform regular maintenance checks and report any issues or concerns.
  • Work collaboratively with the operations team to ensure smooth site operations.

Requirements:
  • Australian Qualified Certificate 2 or 3 in construction.
  • Valid car or truck license.
  • Construction Induction OH&S white card.
  • At least 1 year of experience in mobile plant operation.
  • Flexible attitude towards varied start & finish times.
  • Overtime & occasional weekend work willingness.
Benefits:

  • 40 hours per week with some overtime.
  • Day shift; some night shift work involved occasionally.
  • Paver Operator and Roller Operator skills required.
