Job Description
  • Develop and maintain key relationships with clients to ensure project success
  • Lead projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards
  • Manage project targets including quality, budget, and schedule
  • Provide expert input on HV earthing system analysis and reporting, specifically in power systems
  • Oversee HV earthing testing, including soil resistivity, fall of potential, and current injection
  • Coordinate project teams to meet deadlines and quality standards
  • Mentor junior engineers in both technical and commercial aspects
Requirements
  • Proven expertise in HV earthing analysis and site testing is essential
  • High proficiency in CDEGS software is highly desirable
  • Experience in HV power systems, particularly PTW and ETAP, is an advantage
  • Australian-recognised Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is required
  • The right to work in Australia is mandatory
  • Strong client relationship skills and leadership abilities are crucial for success
