About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join Gough Recruitment as a Senior Property Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, ensuring that all aspects of property management are handled efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with landlords and tenants to ensure smooth communication and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Manage repairs and maintenance, ensuring that all properties are well-maintained and in good condition.
- Control arrears and ensure that all rent and lease agreements are up-to-date.
- Conduct ingoing and outgoing residential premises condition reports to ensure that properties are accurately documented.
- Review and negotiate rent and lease agreements to ensure that they are fair and reasonable.
- Prepare claims for rental bonds and represent the company at NCAT hearings when required.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in property management, preferably in a similar role.
- A current Certificate of Registration and Driver's License.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficient knowledge and understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act 2010.
