Job Position Overview

The Premium Server is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to guests at the casino. This includes interacting with guests to ensure guest satisfaction, serving food and beverages, and supporting the service staff.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide superior service and attention to detail that will exceed guest expectations
  • Serve a variety of food and drinks including soft drinks, water, wine, draft beer, and bottled beer
  • Collaborate with fellow associates and other departments within the casino to achieve goals
  • Support the service team by clearing/cleaning tables and running food orders
  • Perform opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned

Essential Qualifications:
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • A high school diploma is preferred
  • Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment, preferably as a server or waiter
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems
  • Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor
